About Innocentia Mahlangu: Innocentia Mahlangu (Pr.Eng, PMP, MSc Eng) is a Project Manager and Senior Civil Engineer. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree as well as Master of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from Wits University. Innocentia is a registered Professional Engineer & is accredited as a Project Management Professional. Her technical background is in design and execution of railway infrastructure projects, where she has fulfilled various roles including design engineer, resident engineer as well as roles in project and construction management. In her current role, she manages projects in the mining, metals and infrastructure sectors. Innocentia has since been recognised by the Mail & Guardian as one of the Top 200 young South Africans. She was awarded the Young Engineer of the Year award for 2019 by the SAICE Johannesburg Branch and a finalist in the National Awards. She was recently announced as a finalist in Accenture's Rising Star Awards. Innocentia is passionate about engineering, project management, young professional development and wants to see more women active in this sector. In terms of volunteer work, Innocentia has since founded SHengineers, a non-profit organisation that establishes a mentorship network for women in engineering. She was also recently appointed as the diversity & inclusion lead for the South African Institution of Civil Engineering (SAICE). About Karabo Moloko: Karabo is a dynamic business women, CEO and Digital Strategy Lead of unLeash Institute a Strategy Execution Consultancy. About Dr. Lynn A Keeys: Dr. Lynn A. Keeys is the President, PMI South Africa Chapter since November 2016. A PMP and PMI member since 2005, she has been a committed volunteer with the PMI South Africa Chapter since 2012. A creative visionary and strategist, Dr. Keeys is enthusiastic about the importance of the work of PMI South Africa Chapter to grow the profession and achieve positive organizational and societal impact through the management of projects. A former diplomat with US Agency for International Development, Dr. Keeys draws on 30 years of experience in strategy, portfolio, program and project management, benefits creation and organizational leadership in the international and sustainable development field and as an international consultant. She is adjunct faculty at the Skema Business School, Paris Campus and a visiting research fellow at the Project Management Group, WU Vienna University of Economics. She is a published author and international conference presenter. She is an academic journal reviewer and a member of the Editorial Board of the International Journal of Project Management. She is a lover and collector of African art, loves the outdoors, enjoys a sports challenge and loves creating in her vegetable garden, when she finds the time. She is a film buff, especially of old cinema and independent films, which will keep her talking for hours. About Dennis Mhangami: Dennis is the founder of Corporate Entrepreneurs Africa and is a business leader and serial entrepreneur with over 22 years’ experience in multiple industries throughout Africa. As a Corporate Entrepreneur, his focus has been in marketing, international business and strategy. He has worked for the Coca-Cola company and JSE-listed pharmaceutical company, Ascendis Health in both operational and strategic roles. Outside of the corporate environment, Dennis has been involved in the establishment of several entrepreneurial ventures. In the academic space Dennis has a master’s degree in Entrepreneurship & New Venture Creation from Wits Business School and is now working towards his PhD focusing on Corporate Entrepreneurship and Business Model Innovation.
