About Innocentia Mahlangu: Innocentia Mahlangu (Pr.Eng, PMP, MSc Eng) is a Project Manager and Senior Civil Engineer. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree as well as Master of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from Wits University. Innocentia is a registered Professional Engineer & is accredited as a Project Management Professional. Her technical background is in design and execution of railway infrastructure projects, where she has fulfilled various roles including design engineer, resident engineer as well as roles in project and construction management. In her current role, she manages projects in the mining, metals and infrastructure sectors. Innocentia has since been recognised by the Mail & Guardian as one of the Top 200 young South Africans. She was awarded the Young Engineer of the Year award for 2019 by the SAICE Johannesburg Branch and a finalist in the National Awards. She was recently announced as a finalist in Accenture's Rising Star Awards. Innocentia is passionate about engineering, project management, young professional development and wants to see more women active in this sector. In terms of volunteer work, Innocentia has since founded SHengineers, a non-profit organisation that establishes a mentorship network for women in engineering. She was also recently appointed as the diversity & inclusion lead for the South African Institution of Civil Engineering (SAICE). About Karabo Moloko: Karabo is a dynamic business women, CEO and Digital Strategy Lead of unLeash Institute a Strategy Execution Consultancy. She is passionate about: - unleashing Africa into the 4th Industrial Revolution - realising strategy through project management - and empowering leadership enable their people She has a Bachelor of Commmerce degree, Project Management and Change Management Certification. She completed Executive Programmes at Insead and Oxford University majored in Digitisation and Business Global Competitiveness. Her wealth of experience spans across a variety of industries such as mining, petrochemical, FMCG and finance. When organizations are ‘stuck’, Karabo has a unique way of disrupting their thinking and breaking the cycle of inaction. She delivers insights that demystify the challenges they face. With her in-depth understanding of strategy, operational management, project management and and change, she is able to bring simplicity and an appropriate execution plan to change the status quo. A powerhouse, relevant voice at this time, transcending colour, gender or age. Get ready to be disrupted. About Nomkhosi Dube: Nomkhosi Dube is an experienced Project management Professional. Over the past two decades, she has held various senior roles in the Public sector and Private sector where she implemented various turnkey projects. Her background spans across various disciplines such as project management, strategy planning and implementation, process reengineering, change management and human resource management. Project Management is where her passion and purpose find expression. She is zealous about people’s advancement and implementation of progressive and meaningful change.
