Lessons Learned: Introduction to Disciplined Agile
About Andy Burns Andy Burns PMP, PMI-ACP, CDAI, SPC is a founding member of the Siemens Digital Industries Lean Agile Centre of Excellence (LACE). Following the SAFe roadmap Siemens Product Lifecycle Management stood up more than a dozen Agile Release Trains (ART) for more than 1,200 Software Engineers. Over the course of this global rollout Andy trained several hundred people worldwide in person and in a virtual classroom leveraging good practices from many agile sources. Andy is a Certified Disciplined Agile Instructor (CDAI), actively teaching several live virtual DA courses as well as live virtual PMP, PMI-ACP, and SAFe. Andy is a longtime volunteer with PMI at the Local and Global level. The information offered up in this session is a solidarity commitment to help everyone adapt to today’s challenges!
