Yes. PMI South Africa has partnered with a number of Approved Training Partners (ATPs) who are able to assist with relevant preparatory training and coaching to help you prepare for your PMP® exam. Contact our ATP Outreach VP at vpatpoutreach@pmi.org.za to be connected with a suitable training provider.
A person’s PMI certification status can usually be verified through the online Certification Registry on PMI.org. Since certification holders may choose not to be listed in the online registry, they may hold a PMI certification even if their name does not appear in the listing. If you are unable to locate an individual’s name and credentials in the registry, you may request their credentials from the Project Management Institute directly, with the relevant signed authorization documentation.
No. There are separate fees and separate processes to renew your membership or your certification. Membership is on a one-year cycle and your certification renewal is on a three-year cycle. Please contact coordinator@pmi.org.za if you need further assistance.
