I have always enjoyed working with people and teams. I launched my career in Management Consulting, as a L&D Consultant and Agile Consultant. I have had the privilege of working in high-performance teams. It is now my goal to help other teams to achieve this. I’m currently an Agile Coach for Absa Bank, where I use my passion for Agile, communication, facilitation and visual thinking with teams. I also run my own company, Sketching Scrum Master, focussing on visual thinking for teams and companies. I assist companies in communicating complex concepts through design, hand sketching and live graphic recording.
