Ben is a veteran in the South African IT industry and has gained extensive management and computer systems development experience since completing his studies in 1985. He has a strong background in the traditional SDLC methodologies from the late 80’s, RUP in the 90’s and an early adopter of Agile, Scrum, Lean and Disciplined Agile. He is currently one of only 3 Certified Disciplined Agile Instructors in Africa, and has trained hundreds of Disciplined Agilists in the last 3 years.
