Covid-19 Related Delay and Disruption Claims

(1) delays and disruption claims at the time of Force Majeure events and (2) contractual requirements adherence when delays and disruptions occur to avoid possible disputes and losing the contractual rights.

One of the most important things a project leader can do during times of uncertainty is to communicate. For many, uncertainty about the future increases their fear. Therefore it is imperative that project leaders are empowered with knowledge and communication skills to successfully lead their teams during these times. This micro skills workshop will draw on current literature and insight to provide project leaders with actionable ways to improve their communication during periods of uncertainty.
